Can not answer: Without knowing full details about your case and authenticity of diagnosis i can not answer your question. Best option is to go to movement disorder specialists at mt. Sinai or columbia university hospital in nyc for 2nd. Opinion. Assuming that diagnosis is correct Botox injections may possibly help.
