Neck pain and: Tingliing may be a sign of cervical spine invovlement. Other issues are shoulder instability that hurts locally and casues tingling down the arm. Or two independent issues such as neck muscle strain and carpal tunnel, both there but 2 separate conditons that come on at the same time.
