Localized slight: twitches do not fit with dystonia, which is characterized by involuntary muscle contractions that cause slow repetitive movements or abnormal posturing. See photo. Dystonic movements can csuse pain or occur with tremors or other neurologic abnormalities. Benign Fasciculation Syndrome fits better, but is a diagnosis of exclusion, so medical & neurological exams are needed to rule out other causes.
