Promote luteal phase: Utrogestan is a 'new' progestational agent, used to regulate menses and shown to help avoid early miscarriage without the known complications of agents like Depoprovera. It and equivalent agents are often prescribed for signs of threatened loss. Ahealthy luteal phase of the menstrual cycle is probably critical. Consult your GYN. And good luck for the present.
