It is recognized: That low Progesterone is the result of an unsustained pregnancy, not the cause. Progesterone is not indicated screening and at 4 weeks u barely missed your period. You may have a uti, ovarian cysts, or general cramping. Worry is heightened after a miscarriage. An ultrasound, which can see a heartbeat around 6 weeks, will be reasurring, when u see heartbeat miscarriage risk is 2%.
