StopEating esp Carbs: We are constantly tearing down our body, so loosing weight quite easy. But people pretend they do not have to do the obvious, instead preferring (; widely sold) nonsense. Carbs/sugar not needed by body, quickly converted to triglycerides ; stored in fat cells. Thus to reduce body fat, eliminate all carbs ; stay physically active. Keep protein intake moderate, not high. Study dietdoctor.Com etc.
