Late HCG negative: HCG would just be turning positive around this time ,so may wish to wait a few day and retest. May be ectopic or miscarriage which would give you a negative pregnancy test. or may be UTI or vaginitis or PID. or ovarian cyst /mass.Consider zithromax + flagyl for vaginitis ( if not allergic), check urine for UTI , consider sonogram F/u/ w/doc
