Abdominal bulge: Do u often strain w/ bowel movements? May have developed a hernia. Other structures in that area are femoral artery, nerve, & vein. Remote possibility of an aneurysm (bulge) in the femoral artery, especially if u can feel a pulse in the bulge. See pcp or gynecologic surgeon for evaluation of the bulge.
