No, but monitor it: 99% of the time, this occurs following some irritation or burn from food. This should heal on its own rather quickly and without you doing anything special. If it get worse, changes or is not gone in a week. Have your own dentist take a look at it.

Maybe: Give it time to heal. Perhaps you burnt the tissue o some hot food. If it doesn't heal in 10 days go see a dentist

See your dentist: It could be due to a number of factors: you may have injured/scraped that region due to something hard in your food or "pizza burn". Or it could be a deep bite. Rinse with warm salt water and use NSAIDs over the counter for pain control If concern, see your dentist.
