Peeling in mouth : Not sure what would cause this without a visual examination and more information. Was this caused by trauma or a burn? See your dentist or an oral surgeon for an examination.

Damaged mucosa: May be from a burn from overly hot food,, a scrape, or an allergic reaction. Have you changed t'paste or mouthwash recently? New meds/supplements/vitamins? Your Dentist can prescribe a topical anesthetic to keep you comfortable as tissues heal. If problem recurs, you may want to see an Allergist.
