Hi ive had a sore swollen incisive papilla for about 2 weeks now what is the cause of this, i do have a deep bite and my bottom teeth do catch the area often, should i be concerned at all?

Irritation and trauma to area. You may need minor surgery to remove some of this tissue or some smoothing of your lower front teeth. See your dentist for consultation.
