i've a sleep test appointment today and i was told not to drink coffee all day but i forgot and had a cup. should i postpone the sleep test or still go?

Go: Caffeine may contaminate the results slightly, but given its short time to elimination from the body, more likely your sleep study will be unchanged. Don't have any more caffeine, and you ought to get good, reliable results. Good luck!
