I'm 28 yrs old, i have my check up of cbc and platelet count and it revealed that my platelet is high 643, i also have upper back pain.

Elevated platelets: Were you feeling at all unwell just before your physical? A recent fever or illness? Allergy flare? Platelet counts can sometimes be temporarily high due to things like this. Best to just get it checked after another couple of weeks and go from there. If it still elevated an haemotologist might be the next person to consult.
