I am a 21 years old girl and i experience chest pain and throat pain regularly. in my cbc report my platelets are 87k which were 97k almost a week before. high ige levels of 1300 and high aso levels of 684. i often feel pain in both knees. cause?

Your test results are abnormal but it is not easy to figure out the etiology (cause). We rarely base just on lab reports to make a diagnosis. You need to discuss with your primary doctor first and if you do not satisfy with the diagnosis and plan of care, you can seek a second opinion. Good luck.

Pain in left rib bone especially when i touch it, under breast at a specific point. Pain in left hip bone, thigh all the way to the knee and foot. Got CBC TSH done they're fine. Doctor said it might be sciatic pain. Sometimes feel burning in stomach.
Can certain medications or bruises create your d dimer to be elevated? Mine was 278 mg/nl. Chest/lung ct, echo, cbc, and platelets were normal.
