Bad breathe: Dental disease is the most common cause of breath odor. See a dentist asap for an exam. Brush and floss your teeth at least twice a day. Strep does not have a distinct odor but periodontal infections do.

Also the type of food you eat or other factors like smoking can effect your breath. Rec.: see an oral medicine (dentist-specialist) to determine the cause of the problem and proper treatment. Many options and cures are available. You cannot detect strep by the bad breath.
