I have a headache, stomach cramps, running tummy, cold chills and randomly high temp of up to 38.3 temperature climbs and falls periodically. my bodey also aches a bit.

Eval: Contact your PCM for assessment. Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med & nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. Make sure to quarantine.
