May need ultrasound: Given your age and symptoms, this points to a gynecological issue, perhaps an ovarian cyst. There are other non-gynecological diagnosis also, such as a urinary tract problem, such as stone or infection, or even a GI or musculoskeletal disorder. If the symptoms persist, i would see your gynecologist first, who can order some test, including an ultrasound to see if something can be pinpointed.
