Big belly: You MAY have a hormonal imbalance. Please see your doctor for a check up. He/she may refer you to a nutritionist or personal trainer. Health is more important than the number on the scale. Peace and good health.

Already obese: A 62-inch person is obese at about 75 kg. He is well beyond "becoming obese" if he is already 95 kg. His primary care doctor can help evaluate what his disorder is, whether it is a hormonal problem or just eating too much, or a combination of both. Meanwhile, in such situations, one can avoid sugars, avoid simple starches, and just eat enough to barely get through the day. Make a dietary diary.

Already obese: At 95 kg you are obese. Your body mass index is 38.3 which is in the obese range. Time to start exercise such as brisk walking and focus on healthy eating. Here is a reference for healthy eating, choosemyplate.gov
