Need history of why: Why was the ct scan done in the first place? Unless we have full history the test results may not mean much. The enhancement of the pancreas is not all that useful unless there is also a visible mass in the pancreas. Give us more details about your history of why you went to the doctor to do a ct scan tobegin with ?
