Many possibilities..: These symptoms are non-specific. They can be due to many causes. Examples of these causes is infectious mononucleosis, post-streptococcal glomerulonephritis (kidney disease that occur after strept infection), blood cancer, etc. I think mono is the most likely in your case but you should get evaluated soon..
