Get evaluated: There are a number of causes for acute vision loss. Glaucoma can do this but is very uncommon, especially at your age. Do you have diabetes, vascular disease or other health problems? Have you had trauma? Or could you have multiple sclerosis? You need to go immediately to an ophthalmologist or an emergency room for sudden blindness.
