The latter.: It would have been highly unusual for them to have missed glaucoma as they almost always check the pressure and the other would have been seen on exam. So if you had a good exam from a competent doctor it is either the latter or something else.

Call: Call your eye MD & indicate your concerns and symptoms. He/she may invite you back for a reexamination if changes have I occurred in your symptoms. You are quite young to worry about macular degeneration, and glaucoma, although possible, is not likely either. Anxiety can certainly play a role in your symptoms, but I don't overlook your concerns. Call you eye doc for advice. Good luck.
