Not likely: What is your peripheral neuropathy originally from? This could give a little more information as to possibility of autonomic neuropathy. However, thinking about the three our four most common causes of peripheral neuropathy, dysautonomia is not very common at all. You should also notice other changes, including temperature dysregulation, and/or heart rate changes. Rule out other causes first.
