I always feel tired, have neuropathy, feel dizzy easily and have abdominal pain. pressing on my adrenal glands has sharp pains. could it be adrenal fatigue?

Tough to press: Since the adrenals lie on top of the kidneys and the kidneys lie behind the abdominal organ "sack" i would think it would be difficult to directly press on the adrenals. There may be something else going on. Get a workup. Btw, you are taking two medications that have the same resulting action, dependent upon dosage this could leave you liable for serotonin storm.

Thanks for asking!: I agree plus- low adrenal function can be evaluated easilky so get medical help. Neuropathy is not that common but easy fatigue is symptoms.
