Pulmonary question. i had a normal ct thorax and normal pft, but i'm curious to know can i improve my fev1 by jogging or running daily?

Good idea: If pft normal that means fev1 is normal. In asthmatics fev1 can drop post exc, sometime in hay fever pt it can drop to but come back with rest or asthma inhalr.
