See Doc ASAP: This needs immediate medical attention if you have not yet seen a pulmonologist or neurologist , sever obstructive lung with very low vital capacity .( interstitial lung disease or respiratory muscle weakness), etc, etc.

See a pulmonologist: This is a true restrictive process and is not asthma. Inhalers are not going to cure this. Please see a pulmonary doctor.
