Possibly: Seroquel (quetiapine) has quite often been used safely in pregnancy. The overall risk of seroquel (quetiapine) in pregnancy has not been well studied. That being said, the research does not point to any specific birth defects but the research is incomplete. So far, there does not appear to be any risk higer than those without seroquel (quetiapine) but again this is not well studied.

Seroquel (quetiapine): Seroquel (quetiapine) is a newer antipsychotic drug used for serious psychiatric disorders. Although animal data suggest risk of fetal effects, the few human reports on pregnancy outcome while using seroquel (quetiapine) are more reassuring with no major anomalies reported. With any drug used during pregnancy, the risk of not using the drug must be weighed against the unknown fetal risk.

Seroquil: There shd be no effect from this exposure. Most problems with this drug is when the exposure is in the third trimester.
