Testing: You can see a pulmonary MD to have pulmonary function testing done and perhaps an x-ray or CT scan depending on the nature of lung damage you are concerned about.

I have been diagnosed with a hiatal hernia. I have no other symptoms than severe shortness of breath. I had several lung tests done - all clear. Topzole is making no difference. Anything else I can try? Should I consider surgery?
CT scan done for lungs no issue. However, Mild/moderate coronary artery calcification is seen. Everything else was within normal limits. Dr didn't mention it with CT results. What does this mean and is it serious? I am pretty active and exercise?
