I have tightness in my chest. its more severe when lying down or sitting. sometimes i get dizzy. i have done a covid test today i am waiting for results. i need something for the tightness in my chest ?

I was notified by the Covid alert app that I was exposed to a positive case on the 17th December. I had a slight cough and chest infection in the last few days. Not severe. But this morning I start to feel dizzy. I dont know if I should get tested.
