It is abnormal because you are symptomatic. Etiology of grade 2 diastolic dysfunction needs to be defined for appropriate care. You need to follow a cardiologist.

I have had lots of heart tests including exercise stress echocardiogram, 48 hour monitor etc. I am still having breathlessness neck pain and occasional left shoulder pain, regular lightheadedness and night sweats and occasional tightness in chest????
Dizziness/lightheaded after exercise even light walking. Last 3 years. Lasts 20-30 mins. Normal Bp when dizzy, normal blood tests, normal stress test, nuclear stress, 2 echocardiograms, ekg, holter monitor, lung function test. Cant find cause?
I had a stress test done a year ago, when I felt a little dizzy after feeling dizzy. It came back normal. I had some chest pains prompted my doctor to request a normal echocardiogram. Would those two test show anything different from each other?
