I have copd, what can help me breathe better?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Stop smoking #1!!!: The best thing is quitting smoking. Next evaluate the severity of your illness with lung test(pft) and chest xray. Once this is established then your can start a treatment plan. Also most important is physical activity and good nutrition. These will maintain a good quality of life. The medication help relieve the symptoms so you can do the above. Establish yourself with a good doctor.
