I have this weird feeling in this chest that won't go away but only if you breath in heavily and it has gotten worse i think it's copd ?

OK, see Dr: Breathing is a good thing...You should see a dr for evaluation of symptoms that are concerning to you! could be a restrictive lung issue, and could benefit from bronchodilator--but might be something else as well. Get seen & pulmonary function tested.
