Possible?: Possible? I dislike that word. As someone once said, " it is possible the sun will not rise tomorrow but highly unlikely" what is possible is not always reasonable. As to hsv 1. Depends what you were doing, the immune status of your partner, their current health and any open wounds. Further, an overwhelming major of adults have already been exposed to hsv 1 but don't have symptoms.

Yes: Even if it stayed in it is possible to pass hsv. You get it from skin contact, not just fluid. Tell the other person. And see your doc.
