Yes : Mostly yes previous surgery might live some scat tissues that will make it harder to do laparoscopic surgery most surgeon are comfortable to remove the adhesions and precede with the surgery laproscopically sometime the decide to do it open if they felt it was safer majority can be done laproscopically.
