Possibly: Residual symptoms of pancreatitis can include some fullness and discomfort, depending on severity and cause. During the period of recovery, abstinence from alcohol, limiting fatty food intake, may limit the stress on the pancreas. Your doctor should check pancreatic enzymes to make sure they are normalizing. If there are any concerns, additional blood testing and further imaging may be necessary
