For instruments : One for the camera and the others for instruments. Sometimes we can do it all with one incision.

Access instruments: Laparoscopic hernia repair can be technically demanding, requiring multiple small incisions for the various ports to be placed, allowing instrument access. Often, 3-6 ports may be needed depending on the size, location and complexity of your hernia defect.
