I had a laparoscopic surgery two days ago, but the gas is not coming out of my stomach is there anyway to get it out?

Recovery: The gas is placed in the peritoneal cavity, not your stomach. Feeling gaseous or bloated after abdominal surgery is most likely from constipation. Try a bowel regimen to get your bowels moving. If you are not feeling well in a day or so, call your surgery team for follow up. Be well.
