No: Radiation produced by cell phones isn't the kind that damages tissue. These fears are kept alive by people seeking to profit from frightening people, and from venal politicians. The biggest study showed 10% more brain tumors on the side of the head OPPOSITE to the cell phone. None of the scientists or physicians I work with are at all afraid of cell phones, and neither is Putin, who'd surely know.
