Yes: You might appear "overweight" by some weight standards but it could be related to large muscle mass.

Let's not say fat.: The descriptor "fat" is negative and wholly subjective. We can be "overweight" and not "obese", that's for sure. Being obese carries more health risks than being overweight, but it's still wise to lose some weight, eat well and be active if we're overweight.
