Why is it socially unacceptable to describe someone as "fat" or "overweight" when so many are in america?

Sanity vs Insanity: Being sensitive to another person's need is what being cultured is about. It shows class. Word is taken to mean different thing to different people. Use the most loving way to communicate what you want to say. If you thing there is a better word use the same. Use words with kindness.
