You're fine!: 127 pounds is an ok weight for you! if you were an adult, we might say ideal weight for a 5'5" male would be closer to 135 to 140 pounds, but you are in a state of growth/transition. I don't really know what you mean by "skinny fat" though. Just keep focusing on lots of fruits and veggies, some protein (meat, fish, poultry, cheese, eggs) and complex carbs, not sweets.
