I don't know what: "mental health dieting" means. For a healthy diet, check out drmcdougall.Com and nutritionfacts.Org. Both sites explain the benefits of a low-fat, plant-based diet. They both give lots of research for their recommendations. Physical health and well-being will certainly contribute to good mental health. If you had a different question in mind, ask it again.
