Muscle building: Muscles are meant to be used. If u do not use them they get weak. The more u use the better tone they have. It is not hard to get into shape. SURE If u have the will u will be able to do it. Just get into regular exercise routine with low weights. If u just want to tone up u should do more reps with low weights. Talk to a trainer at a gym- they offer free counseling for 1 or 2 session at some gyms
