Could a lung xray identify most lung diseases?

Good but not perfect: A properly taken xray can reveal a great deal about many lung disorders, but not all. Present technology allows us to increase and decrease magnification, contrast and see more than we did years ago, but there are limits.Some disorders produce obvious changes on xray, while other do not.
