I have these result in my xray pleurodiaphragmatic adhesion- lung base.. is this possible even i did not have any history of this kind of disease?

Lung adhesion: It is possible you may have a prior history of lung infection, which may have occurred long ago and wasn't documented and you weren't informed about it. It is also possible you may have been in the presence of people with infection and you came infected, but were subclinical, hence you wouldn't have known until a study was done. It is also possible of a misreading. Get a second opinion.
