If you're scheduled with an orthodontic specialist they will have instructions, samples, coupons, and bad jokes to help you quickly adapt to your new appliances. Follow all instructions to the letter, don't cheat, keep mouth immaculately clean, don't damage the appliances, and you will soon have a beautiful smile.
