Good for you: The best advice i can give you is to listen carefully to your orthodontist's advice. An orthodontist has about 5, 000 hours of training in just orthodontics over and above dental school training and continuing education courses. So follow orthodontist's advice to the letter. Don't cheat...The better you are as a patient the better your result. Best of luck.
