What to do if i have back of shoulder hurts from sitting?

Posture/Ergonomics: This usually come from leaning a bit forward while you are sitting. The opening to your ear should be directly above or a bit behind the center of your shoulder when someone looks at you from the side. Also please support your forearms/wrists on a pad while you work. Try re-arranging your work station, and see if this helps. James dillard, md.
