No but : Sounds more like muscle pain especially since positional. Cancer will not very likely to be in one spot unless skin cancer and obvious abnormal skin spot (you implied you could see nothing only pain in that one spot).

No: Without a history of trauma, shoulder blade pain can be caused by poor posture, a bad disc in the spine, or an irritated nerve in the neck. See your doctor if this pain lasts greater than 2 weeks.

Not likely: This would be an unusual but not unheard of presenting symptom of some form of cancer. However there are many many more common causes of what you are describing. Most likely you have had some sort of irritation or injury that has continually been irritated. Therefore it has not had a chance to heal and has had a prolonged course of discomfort. Without other symptoms or severe worsening cancer becomes less and less likely.
