That is possible: A vegetarian who is able to meet all of their nutritional needs may avoid some of the issues that can occur in heavy red meat eaters.

Well sure...: ...but if you want to make the case that a vegetarian diet is better than a non-vegetarian one, you might first check out other HealthTap answers on the subject. Controversy continues to the point that many people who are trying to eat right are confused by the constant bombardment of health recommendations that seem prone to being overturned years later. Dietary moderation & exercise remain key!
